A small, deliberate list

We are drawn to stories attentive to working lives, family, friendship, community, and the landscapes that shape them. Our list is intentionally small, giving each book room for close editorial and design attention.

Why sandcherry?

The press takes its name from the sand cherry (Prunus pumila), a low shrub native to Minnesota's sandy landscapes. It is a fitting namesake for stories that stay close to the ground and find consequence in lives that are easily overlooked.

Independent and Minnesota based

Sandcherry Press is the publishing imprint and registered assumed name of Tiny Machines Workshop L. L. C., a Minnesota limited liability company.
