2. Use of the Site
The Site presents the books and forthcoming titles of Sandcherry Press. You may browse, link to, and share the Site freely. You may not use the Site in any way that is unlawful, disruptive, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to our systems.
3. Intellectual Property
Content on the Site — including the Sandcherry Press name, the cherry-sprig mark, book covers, descriptions, text, and graphics — belongs to Tiny Machines Workshop L. L. C. or the respective rights holders unless otherwise noted. Book texts are the copyright of their authors. You may not reproduce our marks, covers, or branding without permission; brief quotations and fair use are always fine.
4. Books, Retailers, and Affiliate Links
Books are sold through third-party retailers, and purchases are governed by the retailer's terms. Some outbound links are affiliate links: as an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases. This does not affect the price you pay.
5. No Warranty
